Super Eagles Star Christian Obodo Kidnapped

 

 

 

I have just heard that Super Eagles star, Christian Obodo has been kidnapped at New Layout Road, off Jakpa Road, Effurun in Warri, Delta State.

The Udinese playmaker, who played for the relegated Lecce in the Italian Serie A last season, arrived in the country a few weeks ago after the conclusion of the Seria A.

Obodo was said to have been abducted by unknown gunmen in front of Zion Ministry Church off Jakpa Road, Effurun, Warri.

According to an eyewitness Obodo’s car with a special registration number tag ‘Obodo 5′, was stopped and the abductors took him away in another vehicle.

The kidnappers have contacted his family demanding 150 thousand Euros before they release him
