A Lagos High Court has ordered the Nigerian Law School to vacate the property at 213A, Igbosere Road, Lagos Island, Southwest Nigeria; for failing to pay rent in 49 years.
The Nigerian Law School uses the property as hostel for law school students and staff; and allegedly last paid rent in 1962. However, the property is being occupied by the Attorney-General of the Federation, who is the third defendant in the suit.
