Reverend Brian Shipsides and his accomplice Amudalat Ladipo (C) who helped the him organise the fake weddingsA vicar has been sentenced to 4 and a half years in prison for immigration fraud after conducting at least 200 bogus wedding ceremonies for illegal immigrants.
The vicar was assisted by a 'fixer' -32 year old Nigerian, mother-of-two Amudalat Ladipo, who was sentenced to three years for her part in the scam and given a further 18-month prison term for possessing false identity documents.
